- Cancellations made more than 6 days prior arrival: 5% penalty will be applied
- Cancellations made less than 5 days prior arrival:10% penalty will be applied
- Cancellation on Date of Arrival, Booking will be regarded as used (100% penalty will be applied)
Refund Policy for Hotel Reservations (Confirmed Bookings):
Full refund in the event of certied death of passenger/accompanying passenger/ or immediate family memeber.
Please be advise for those that want to cancel and refund a confirmation booking for any other reason apart from above it requires you to pay USD34.72 upon refund.
