Our Family newly renovated 9 rooms villa is now open for Bed and Breakfast and it is located along the water front of Vuna Rd, Ma'ufanga. 20-minute walk to downtown Nuku’alofa and shorter walking distance to the ferry to Pangaimotu and Fafa Island, and to cafes, restaurant, banks, local churches and the Saturday fair market. Our goal is to provide the best services to all our guests. Number 1 in customer service, quality and cleanliness. We at 'Utu'one Bed and Breakfast also have an additional office at the front which it's the Air Pacific Airline.

50% will be charged of room rate for late check-out up to 6:00pm, there after, full charge of room rates.

SPECIAL NOTE: 'Utu'one Bed & Breakfast is a Christian home. We have a deep regard for marriage ( being the union of one man to one woman for a life to the exclusion of all others). Therefore, although we extend to all a warm welcome to our home, our *double bedded accommodation* is *not available to unmarried couples*. We prefer to let double accommodation to heterosexual married couples only.

30-45days-20% penalty will apply
15-30days-50% penalty will apply
Less than 14 days- bookings will be regarded as used therefore no refund
Bank fees and Administration fee of $50 will be charged on all refunds if applicable.
